PC4

Precision Coatings designs its extended lifecycle finishes to provide both a high grade durable finish and allow the architect, designer or applicator to achieve optical effects in a low VOC, LEED 2009 compliant coating. Metallics, iridescents and solid colors are created with automotive grade pigments to ensure colors that will retain their original appearance long after conventional high performance coatings have faded. The automotive grade pigments are combined with tightly cross-linked resin systems that provide added resistance to ultra-violet radiation, weathering, staining, corrosion, erosion, environmental chemicals and abrasion.

PC4 is an acrylic aliphatic polyurethane finish designed for shop and OEM applications. PC4 can be adjusted to meet manufacturing process demands for application and appearance. PC4 can be applied over surfaces primed with DTM 1300v100, DTM 1300v250, DTM 1400 and DTM 3000.

PC4 System

PC4 clear is a finish grade, densely cross-linked acrylic aliphatic polyurethane coating system developed for shop application in the fleet/automotive and OEM market. PC4 is a proven performance clear meeting both the aesthetic and durability requirements of the fleet operator and OEM manufacturer. PC4 clear can be cut and buffed from 24 to 72 hours to produce a high quality high gloss finish.
