PC3v100

Precision Coatings designs its extended lifecycle finishes to provide both a high grade durable finish and allow the architect, designer or applicator to achieve optical effects in a low VOC, LEED 2009 compliant coating. Metallics, iridescents and solid colors are created with automotive grade pigments to ensure colors that will retain their original appearance long after conventional high performance coatings have faded. The automotive grade pigments are combined with tightly cross-linked resin systems that provide added resistance to ultra-violet radiation, weathering, staining, corrosion, erosion, environmental chemicals and abrasion.

PC3v100 is an extended lifecycle acrylic aliphatic polyurethane finish coat that is available in gloss, semi-gloss, satin, egg-shell and matte. PC3v100 is less than 50 grams per liter VOC and LEED 2009 compliant. PC3v100 comes in solid colors, metallics and iridescents. PC3V100 can be applied over surfaces primed with DTM 1300v100, DTM 1300v250, DTM 1400 and DTM 3000.

PC3v100 Clear PC3v100 clear is an ultra-low VOC, less than 1 gram per liter VOC, durable clear coating system that can applied over wood substrates and previously coated substrate to achieve a high grade durable finish. The fast drying PC3v100 clear system is used to refinish and maintain wood furniture and interiors for restaurants and hospitality when tight production schedules demand a quality finish that stands up to hot plates and spilled drinks on the next shift.

PC3 Anti-Graffiti is a low VOC, less than 25 grams per liter VOC, system for protecting against graffiti. Available in clear and colors in gloss, semi-gloss, satin, egg-shell and matte finishes, PC3 Anti-Graffiti provides a long-lasting protective system that can be cleaned multiple times with commercially available graffiti removal solvents.

Reflect 3000 is an infra-red reflective coating that keeps substrates cooler even when dark or deep colors are utilized that traditionally are heat absorbent. An example of the use of Reflect 3000 is the renovation of metal roofs, curtain walls and on sidewalls to reduce substrate and structure heating. By lowering substrate temperatures, expansion and contraction of structures is reduced and the lifecycle of the coating system is extended. In some cases, dependent on structure type, insulation and location, energy costs for cooling can be reduced.

PC3 System

At 25 grams per liter VOC or less, PC3v100 provides excellent color retention and durability as a finish coat for exterior and interior surfaces on commercial and institutional architecture. PC3v100 is available in solid, metallic and iridescent colors ranging in reflectance from gloss to matte. PC3v100 provides architects and designers a broad palette of optical affects for accents, mullions and full exteriors of entire multi-story structures. PC3v100 is also available in ultra-low VOC clears that are frequently used for high quality and robust wood finishing. The PC3v100 clear is used to refinish restaurant interiors when tight production schedules demand a quality finish that stands up to hot plates and spilled drinks on the next shift.
