Precision Coatings SlipShield 1000 improves the slip resistance of the tile floors of the ultimate pool party destination in Las Vegas.

The tile floors of the Las Vegas Strip's ultimate pool party location have been coated with SlipShield 1000 to improve slip-resistance. SlipShield 1000 is a unique polymeric resin system that increases the coefficient of friction in both wet and dry environments, while sustaining the appearance of tile, polished stone and previously coated floors. SlipShield 1000 is also easily cleaned due to its dirt and oil release properties. SlipShield 1000 is LEED compliant, low odor and occupied space application friendly. The SlipShield 1000 floor coating project was completed by DC Vient Incorporated. SlipShield 1000 has also been used to increase the coefficient of friction on such notable projects as the USC Portico by Wilson & Hampton Painting Contractors and the New Orleans Mercedes Benz Superdome by Python Corporation.
SlipShield 1000 improves the slip-resistance properties of floors by increasing the COF on most flooring surfaces.
Precision Coatings introduces LEED compliant performance coatings for occupied spaces. Precision's low odor, low VOC, non-isocyante coatings are ideal for occupied space.

Precision Coatings is pleased to introduce its new performance coatings group known as "Occupied Space Solutions." The performance coatings in the "Occupied Space Solutions" segment are designed for application in facilities that operate around the clock or are restricted by time, public access and odor to short shutdowns such as resort hotels, health care, retail stores, commercial architecture, restaurants and transportation centers. The performance coatings featured in the occupied space solutions grouping are low odor, low VOC, LEED compliant and non-isocyanate so they can be applied without modifications to HVAC equipment or shutting down adjacent facilities. The Occupied Space Solutions products are extended life cycle performance coatings.
- PC5 Polysiloxane finishes provide a fine finish, stain and graffiti resistant surface.
- PC6 Waterborne Single Component Polyurethane provides a durable performance finish.
- DTM 1600 Waterborne Polyurethane primer provides bonding and corrosion resistance.
- EeZeClean Dry Erase is a low odor, professionally applied dry erase coating system.
- SlipShield 1000 is a slip-resistant sealer for tile and coated floors that require higher COF.
